These terms apply to your use of the ODD website and to every order you place in our shop. Please read them before you buy.
01Who we are
The ODD website and shop are owned and operated by Bullquets Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Bullquets Holdings LLC is the seller and the party to every order.
Payments may appear on your statement as [Payment descriptor].
02Agreement
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
03Our pieces
ODD pieces are made from secondhand garments and textiles. Most pieces are one of a kind, and some are made in small runs.
Marks of wear, small color differences and visible repairs are part of the material and are not defects. We describe each piece and its measurements as accurately as we can, but colors can look different from screen to screen.
04Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation by email.
Pieces in your cart are not reserved until payment is complete. If a piece sells before your payment goes through, or a listing has a clear error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
We may also decline or cancel any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent.
05Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes, duties and shipping are shown at checkout where they apply.
Payment is due in full at checkout through the methods we offer. We do not store full card numbers. You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank or payment provider.
06Shipping and delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in a piece passes to you when it is delivered.
For international orders, import duties and local taxes charged by your country are your responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Local pickup orders must be collected within [Pickup window] days, or we may cancel the order and refund you.
07Returns, exchanges and refunds
You may return a piece within [Return window] days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tag attached. Because most pieces are one of a kind, exchanges depend on what is available.
Refunds go to the original payment method within [Refund time] business days of us receiving the return. Unless the piece is faulty or we made an error, you pay for return shipping. Pieces marked final sale cannot be returned.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Nothing in these terms limits that right.

08Intellectual property
ODD™ is a trademark of Bullquets Holdings LLC. The ODD name, logo, mark, pattern, photography and text on this site belong to Bullquets Holdings LLC and may not be used without written permission.
Buying a piece gives you ownership of that piece. It does not give you any right to use the ODD name or marks.
Because our pieces are made from secondhand garments, some may still carry labels or details from their original makers. Those names and marks belong to their owners, and ODD is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
09Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by copying or scraping its content, interfering with how it works, placing orders with false information or using it for anything unlawful.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Bullquets Holdings LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
12Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Wyoming, and the prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in court.
If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections given by the law of the country where you live.
13Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, carrier disruptions or service outages.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in effect when it was placed.
15Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest will remain in force.
16Entire agreement
These terms, our Privacy Policy and your order confirmation form the entire agreement between you and Bullquets Holdings LLC for each order.
