Returns

You may return a piece within [Return window] days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tag attached.

Because most pieces are one of a kind, exchanges depend on what is available.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within [Refund time] business days of us receiving the return. Unless the piece is faulty or we made an error, you pay for return shipping.

Pieces marked final sale cannot be returned.

UK and EU customers

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
